Catherine has over 35 years of experience with leadership roles in global healthcare including pre-split Abbott Laboratories and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Catherine is not a practicing attorney.
She also is an independent board director at Meridian Biosciences and at Vascugen Inc., faculty in Advanced Licensing in Life Sciences for the Practicing Law Institute, and a Jobs Committee member at Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep.
Catherine has a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. She enjoys theater, traveling, reading, and karate.
